1. Returns
Due to the nature of our business model, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to make it right.

2. Refunds & Replacements

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Prolific Curations is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate when placing your order.
